We want you to love your Aromaverse experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your kit must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Because fragrance materials are perishable and sensitive, we cannot accept returns of opened or used kits.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be in new, resellable condition with all vials, tools, and printed materials intact. Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not qualify for a refund.
How to Start a Return

Email us at support@aromaverse.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions.
Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days from the time your return is received for it to be inspected and processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the product is confirmed in resellable condition.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item arrived defective or damaged. Aromaverse is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect kit, contact support@aromaverse.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace or refund your order at no cost.
Final Sale Items
Customized, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
