Where We Ship

We currently ship orders within the United States through our TikTok Shop, Amazon store, and official Aromaverse.com storefront.
International shipping options are also available at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

All orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Damaged or Defective Orders

We take great care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at support@aromaverse.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos clearly showing the damage

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
